One of the main objectives of the programme is to develop a capacity to work in a team; consequently, working group is an overriding priority and the responsibility of each group member.
Programme participants are divided into work groups. Lack of participation or collaboration in group projects will also be counted as an absence in the overall attendance record.
The composition of the working groups will change during the course. The Programme Management Team undertakes the distribution of the groups.
In order to help you to develop your team work competences, at the end of each period with a team there will be a peer evaluation. This evaluation is confidential and is not related to grades, it’s only purpose is personal improvement.
