How To Get There

Public transport

Below is information on how to get to BI Norwegian Business School by public transport.

Public transport

Several of the public transport options in Oslo take you directly to Nydalen. Metro (T-bane) 4, 5 and 6 all stop at Nydalen. Bus number 37 has Nydalen as its final destination, and bus 30 and 55 also stop right outside the BI building.

See the webpage of Ruter for more information.

To and from Gardermoen airport

At Store Ringvei (ring 3) there is a bus stop for the airport shuttle called Flybussekspressen (Nor-Way Bussekspress and route F3 to Bekkestua). More about Flybussekspressen. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from BI to the bus stop. From here the bus takes about 40 minutes to the airport.

You can also take the metro (T-bane) to Oslo S and the Airport Express Train from there. This takes about 30 minutes. The new metro route is open and circles around the centre of Oslo with eight trains per hour.

The Tunnel of light

At Nydalen metro station the escalators going up to BI’s main entrance give you a special light- and sound experience.

”The tunnel of light” is an electronic work of art where light, music, technology and architecture is integrated into a holistic composition. Using sensors, there is a dynamic interaction with the audience (the users of the escalators).

Take your bicycle when you have a lecture! There are 600 spaces for bicycles right by the main entrance.
